Living with Diabetes Day - Hereford

These days are for anyone recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, or who may have been diagnosed for longer, but needs the basic information to help them live well.

As places are limited, to attend you must register above and be able to attend the whole day (9:30am - 4:30pm, we'll provide lunch).
